EMAILS

Soliciting return/repeat business from a contingency who may not have buy-in to a typical value proposition is tricky. This is an example of an email I wrote as a follow-up to a client reactivation direct mail. The copy is prostrate and leads with how product improvements may benefit the buyer. Our CEO is the face and voice of our brand. I emulate his colloquial tone here.


CONTENT MARKETING

The marketing content I write purposefully centers around the customer rather than the information itself. It serves to attract and engage readers rather than interrupting them. I wrote both these “5 WAYS” advertorials for a client-facing newsletter.

Healthcare consumers want informative content that’s quick and easy to digest. Audience accessibility is also key. This example blurb was from Blue Cross of Idaho’s member microsite and had to be at an 8th-grade reading level. I wrote this article and art directed the images and layout. LANDING PAGES

The “ugly” design of this on-demand event registration form was our best performing landing page. I wrote the featured copy, you see here, that generated hundreds of leads.
